Working with vertus
We have a very great relationship with Vertus, having worked closely with them on 8 Water St, to create an environment that connects its residences with the surrounding water and quaint garden space. The development boasts flexible communal areas including; a lounge, self-service bar, screening room, private dining room and an expansive roof terrace (the largest outdoor space in the Vertus portfolio) all carefully curated and designed by us.
Vertus launched the first ever built to rent building in Canary Wharf back in 2020, with 10 George Street. We joined this in this Canary Wharf high with 8 Water St, creating a pet-friendly BTR development. This building won multiple home views awards as well as 8 Water St winning a Property Award!
