AGC BTR LATEST PROJECT WITH KNIGHT DRAGON
It's been a busy time here at AGC BTR, with us announcing earlier in the year our latest projects to our recent awards and shortlisting at this year's Resi Awards. But it doesn't stop there! We are committed to revolutionising the Build-to-Rent industry, and we are thrilled to share what we have been working on in collaboration with Knight Dragon.
LATEST PROJECTS
Greenwich Peninsula
If you have visited North Greenwich recently, you will have noticed the 5 strikingly designed high-rise waterfront buildings featuring glass and stone exteriors. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill Architects, the geometric design of Upper Riverside invites an eccentric form of light. The full-height glazing and the timber balconies present an expansive view over the River Thames, The O2 Arena, the new Design District, and various other urban-living amenities.
Inside The Apartments
Appointed by Knight Dragon, we were brought in to furnish 70 apartments across 3 of the 5 buildings. Inspired by the riverside views, a concept of light and dark colour palettes complemented by the open-plan living was curated for the stylish apartments. When designing the 3 interior schemes, the designers were heavily influenced by the local area whilst taking inspiration from the varied architectural finishes of the apartments. The completed looks feature a bright and colourful scheme, reflective of the client brief and the targeted demographic for the area.

When designing a project here at AGC BTR, we explore every aspect of the resident’s lifestyle by putting ourselves in their shoes, allowing us to tailor our designs to each development, client and location. We have been completely inspired by the hustle and bustle of this emerging community. Taking urban living to the next level, the local amenities, and regular events, means there is something for all the family. Expect regular seasonal markets such as “SAMPLE” where you can discover the coming season’s trends from local designers or sample some delicious homemade treats.
