With a wave of exciting projects on the horizon, we found ourselves in need of some extra creative energy, for innovation and fresh perspectives. Before we dive into that, let’s rewind a bit and explore how this exciting journey began.

Nikita started her journey with us as an intern, and her talent and passion for interior design quickly became evident. We’re delighted that she decided to grow with us as we expand our services from build-to-rent to hospitality, window treatments, and more.

Welcome to the team! To begin with, what do you love most about working at AGC BTR?
“What I love the most about working at AGC BTR is the collaborative environment, the team’s hard work and passion for achieving great design outcomes is amazing. Everyone approaches challenges with such creative and effective solutions, making every project a thrilling adventure. The supportive and inspiring team culture made my decision to stay an easy one.”
Can you tell us about your most fascinating project at AGC BTR?
“It has to be my first project! It was just outside of Kings Cross, and designing the apartments, show flats, and lobby area was an incredible experience. Seeing our designs come to life and knowing that we’re creating beautiful, functional spaces for people to live in is so rewarding. We will be unveiling this project very soon, and I couldn't be more excited—so stay tuned!”
What’s your favourite interior design element
or feature?
“I absolutely love a stylish rug! Rugs can bring so much personality to a space, whether they're historical, neutral, or abstract. They really help to bring a home together and create a cosy, inviting atmosphere.”
What’s the top of your hotel Wishlist for a dream vacation?
“One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives. It's a resort that's perfect for wellbeing and centring yourself, surrounded by nature. The way the place is inspired by natural elements is just magical, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation.“
Can you share an essential item in your bedroom that always improves your mood or ambiance?
“My light-up air purifier is a game-changer. It makes me feel refreshed and relaxed, creating a soothing ambiance in my bedroom. It's definitely an essential item for me.”
If you had the opportunity to live anywhere in the world for a year while working remotely, where would you choose?
“Barcelona, without a doubt! The vibrant culture, stunning architecture, and beautiful weather make it the perfect place to live and work. Plus, the food is amazing!"
Your go-to “Out of Office” outfit?
A comfy lounge set from The White Company, paired with a chai latte and a Harry Potter movie marathon. It's the ultimate way to unwind!
