Welcome to the BTR team, Jade! We’re so pleased to have you as part of our family and can't wait to share your interior design expertise with all our readers. Before we get into it though, let’s take a look at how this transformation came about; after all, an interesting journey makes for great stories! It starts like any other: With many exciting projects coming up we needed a helping hand and Jade decided she wanted to join the AGC BTR dream team! Choosing to become part of something bigger than yourself is always inspiring and empowering; so what inspired her? Well, let's find out...

What Excites you about AGC BTR?
If you're looking for an exciting design challenge, AGC BTR is the brand to be a part of! With a range of sizeable projects currently on the go and plenty more in the pipeline, there's no shortage of opportunities to really sink my teeth into and let my creativity run wild. Whether it’s designing spaces for families, young professionals, or retirees, BTR offers the chance to create truly unique living spaces that will be enjoyed by people from all walks of life. Plus, with everything on a much bigger scale than your average design project, it's the perfect opportunity to push yourself and develop your design skills in a totally new way.
What are you looking forward to?
There is an opportunity to work alongside a wide network of developers, operators, and investors, particularly those who are innovative and understand the importance of sustainability. The BTR market is one of the leaders in seeking and demanding sustainability within the wider property industry. I am working on two very exciting projects that are both installing later this year. One will be AGC BTR’s first boutique outside of London! With my CGI skills, I can bring our designs to life for both our clients and a wider audience.
What sets you apart from other designers?
What sets me apart is my unrelenting drive for self-improvement and my eagerness to acquire new skills in the ever-evolving field of design. Recently, I underwent an intensive course to master 3Ds Max and create CGI visuals, a talent that I am excited to bring to the table for upcoming BTR projects. I take immense pride in my work and possess an acute attention to detail, always striving to exceed expectations for my clients. My recent accomplishments include my work with the A.LONDON team, where I successfully completed two luxurious penthouses situated opposite Lord's Cricket Ground, both of which were sold to highly satisfied clients.
FUN FACTS!
I bake the best damn brownie.
I enjoy a game of badminton or two as well as cycling along Birmingham canals!
I really enjoy the works of designers like Brian Paquette, particularly how he incorporates older vintage pieces with more modern items, making his designs feel like a home.
